How to make pancake

Do you like pancakes? Pancakes are a classic snack for children.You’ve probably had it too.It has a fluffy texture and sweet taste.We can arrange it with honey or jam.

I love pancakes because they are easy to make and delicious.I make and eat it 3 or 4 times a month.My mother used to make pancakes a lot. I loved the pancakes that my mother made. I used to think that making pancakes was very difficult. However, when I tried making it myself, I realized that it was surprisingly easy.So I would like to share with you this amazing and easy recipe.

You will need

・Bowl

・Ladle

・Spatula

・ Frying pan

・Plate

Ingredients

・Pancake mix 150g

・One Egg

・Milk 100ml

Procedures

1 First, put eggs and milk in the bowl.

2 After that, mix well using the ladle in the bowl.

3 Next, add the pancake mix and mix about 20 times.

4 After stirring well, heat the frying pan over medium heat.

5 Next, turn the heat to low and pour one-third of the batter in the bowl from high position.

6 After baking for 3 minutes in the frying pan, and the flip the dough using the spatula. 

7 After that, bake for 2 minutes on low heat .

8 When the whole thing is on fire, transfer to the plate and it's dome.

　When flipping the pancake  in step 6, it is important to do it horizontally at all once.You can make the pancakes even more delicious by brushing them with butter.I like to eat it with butter and honey.Try making pancakes for lunch and eating them with coffee. You can have a great time.
